EVENTS CONCEPTUALIZATION· Theme & concept management (Planning of Theme and Motif) · Unlimited pre-event consultation · Budget Planning / allocation · Conceptualization and execution of the following: o Bridal Preparation o Ceremonial March o Pictorial BOOKING , COORDINATION , BUDGETING & COSTING· Sourcing of suppliers (Pre-screening , Wedding Venues, etc) · Review and turn-over of all contracts from chosen suppliers / vendors · Coordination with all chosen suppliers from booking, costing to facilitation of their respective roles in the event. (Details of the arrangement based on the client’s requirements, lay-out, set-up, etc.) · Occular inspection as needed with client’s identified suppliers RSVP SERVICE· Will take care of the RSVP masterlist (can be accommodated via phone or email) BRIDAL REGISTRYWill take care of registry basedon clients requirements, on their chosen stores EVENT DAY· Time management · Follow ups on last details of program assistance · Coordinate with vendors/suppliers o Photographer o Caterer o Florist o Make up artist o Others · Reception Area o Briefing with the emcee and other people involved in the program o Registration of guests o Guest Management – seating arrangement (ushering) o Distribution of Souvenirs o Monitoring of Gifts o Assist in signing of signature frame/sign book OTHER INCLUSIONS Design of gowns for the entourage · Unlimited consultancy prior to the event · Last minute coordination with all suppliers, assurance that all things are delivered on time. 10% royalty on the total cost acquired from non-accredited suppliers will be WAIVED. ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR THE FOLLOWING:· Assistance on the legal / church requirements · Out-of-town venues · Emcee · Additional Coordinators (for more than 200 guests) · Other special events prior to the wedding (Bachelor’s Party, Despedida de Soltera, Bridal Shower, etc.) * Please take note that the above quoatation and package inclusions are based on the information sheet and coordination requirements filled up by the client.
